Characteristics:

a). Use PLC, hysteresis clutch take-up device imported from German, tension sensor ensure the stable tension and high quality stranding wire, especially for high quality tight line.

b). Use carbon fiber bow, strong rigidity, uneasy-transformation, small shock, light weight, reduce air friction for high quality of conductors;

c). Use synchronous belt drive, just to replace the guide wheel to change the lay distance, easy to operate.

d). Use spindle to calculate meters, only 0.01% error for a certain wire&cable.

e). Use PLC automatically lubricate spindle bearing, avoid injecting too much or too little grease. Get rid of unnormal noise and worn, cost down for maintenance.
